It’s no secret that my love for a matching set runs deep. Everything from a sweatsuit set to a skirt and sweater set, over the years I have never passed on an opportunity to have a matching moment. Last year when easy sets for summer started popping up, I jumped on board the trend. A waffled white cotton set, this crisp blue stripe set, and this year a black linen set to round them out. I love that I can wear the pieces together, with the shirt buttoned up and tucked, or top unbuttoned with a tank or tee underneath. I’ve worn the top as a bathing suit cover, over top my favourite athletic dress, and paired with shorts and a tank. The versatility of a matching set is unparalleled, and every time I see a new one pop up I have to gather all my restraint to not purchase. If you haven’t dabbled in a matching set, consider this your sign.
