I can’t even begin to pretend that I can recall where the last couple of months have gone. To say this time of year is my busy season would be an understatement. This is the time when my many hats are all worn at once and it’s exhausting and exhilarating all at once. Sewing, styling, decorating, selling, prepping for the holidays, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, it’s a whirlwind of activity. In the past I was always that person that had their tree up November 1st, ready to embrace the holiday season with open arms, an entire month early. This year I’m struggling to find a free day where the decorations can make their way out of the basement. I’m also wondering how essential it is that the kids participate in said decorating? I’m only partially kidding.
