Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gingersnap Pecan Crust

This coming weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving and I’m so looking forward to a day filled with the best of family, friends and food. I absolutely love tradition, so holidays like Thanksgiving mean so much to me. It also means that I’m a stickler for the exact same delicious menu, absolutely no changes, thankyouverymuch. But when I came across a recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gingersnap Pecan Crust, it got me thinking, that perhaps change is a good thing. So this is what I’ll be contributing to dinner this year, and I’m crossing my fingers that everyone else finds it as delicious as I did.
