As soon as autumn arrives all of my favorite fall cravings kick in. Cozy nights curled up in front of the fire, a steaming bowl of savory soup, and anything and everything that uses pumpkin, cinnamon or nutmeg. Especially baked goods. So in a quest to get my fall fix, I discovered this recipe for Spiced Pumpkin Layer Cake. Not only was it a complete breeze to make, the results were undeniably delicious. I see a seat in front of the fire with a slice of cake in my little paws in my immediate near future.
